Eco Club Membership Terms & Conditions

Upon submitting this form, an Eco Wash representative will record your information and add you to the Eco Club customer database. You may provide payment information and pick up your RFID sticker in our lobby and a representative will help apply it to the windshield of the vehicle described on this membership form. Click here for more details. Please review the Eco Club Terms & Conditions listed below before submitting this form. Thank you.

• The Eco Club Unlimited program provides unlimited washes in each month membership is renewed.
• Auto billing will occur on the 1st of each month. Initial charges will be prorated accordingly.
• Members may cancel at any time by completing the Eco Club Cancellation Form. No credits or refunds will be given for partial periods.
• Eco Wash Express reserves the right to cancel, amend or change the program from time to time as it deems appropriate.
• Only the car listed on this form is eligible for the program and must have an RFID sticker affixed to the vehicle. Damaged tags should be reported immediately. Any attempt to remove the tag will destroy it and prevent it from operating properly. The Member will be charged for tag replacement.
• Member must notify Eco Wash Express of any change in vehicle ownership. Membership is transferrable to another vehicle provided the Application is updated accordingly and a new sticker is obtained.
• I understand that by enrolling in the Eco Club program, I agree that the credit card provided will be charged the amount indicated on this application form on a monthly basis. I also agree that I waive any and all rights to withhold or delay payment of the related credit card charges, whether as described in my agreement with the credit card issuer or otherwise.
• Eco Club cannot be combined with other discounts or club offers, coupons, gift cards or complimentary services.
• Washes/Services will be available during normal business hours, subject to circumstances, including but not limited to, inclement weather and equipment failure.
